Terms & Conditions

You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. All images are owned by Paula Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without Paula Jewellery’s express permission.


  • Please note that we have a minimum of R1000 on orders placed. 
  • Products will not be delivered until full payment is received and confirmed by our bank – this could take up to 3 days. 
  • If we are unable to supply an ordered item, we will email an alternative, which you may or may not accept.


  • The price of each item listed on the website excludes VAT and shipping costs. 
  • The total price (including VAT and shipping) will be displayed in the final invoice emailed to you. After final payment is confirmed by our bank, we will ship the goods. 
  • All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). 
  • Paula Jewellery reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.


  • In the event of a delivery taking longer than expected, the seller is not liable for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the buyer. 
  • The order will be delivered to the buyer's specified address, and it is his/her responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for taking delivery of the order.


  • The buyer has 48 hrs in which to inform the seller (via phone) that they wish to cancel an order. 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched. 
  • Upon receipt of an order, the buyer must check the items immediately, and inform the seller within 48 hours (via phone, email or fax) if there are any damaged items or of an incorrect quantity. After this period the seller will not accept liability. 
  • The seller will not accept items returned without their original packaging.


  • • Should the product not be in stock, we will contact the client.
  • • Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Paula Jewellery will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
  • • Paula Jewellery does not make use of the Post Office anymore for deliveries - we use Dawn Wing for our deliveries. If the buyer has a preferred carrier other than Dawn Wing please supply details so that parcel can be sent at the client's own cost.



Paula Jewellery reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User's obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User's continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User's acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
